If Dr. Caligari had a (tool) 'cabinet' what would that look like?

The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari (Das Cabinet des Dr. Caligari) is a 1920 silent horror film that is considered a landmark of German Expressionist cinema. It has a bold visual style, with its twisted and distorted sets, adds to the sense of unease and horror in the story.

The film follows the story of Dr. Caligari, an insane hypnotist who uses a somnambulist to commit murders, creating an unsettling and disturbing atmosphere throughout the film.

The use of a wooden box as inspiration for the artwork is a playful nod to the film's title and showcases an intention to capture the sinister atmosphere of the movie rather than realistic details.
