Religare, in Latin, means “to bind, or a connection. It is said to be the root of the word “religion.”
But in my belief, its meaning transcends religion and institutions.

It is the simple desire of the soul to connect to the source, a constant inner search that no human being can escape.
This piece was created in 2013 and remade in 2020.

Some details in the original version caught my attention, and I felt I needed to change them, as this subject has always been present in my creations.
